SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Money in this account represents a member’s capital.ShiCCUL’S Borrowing facility to members is provided based on the amount of money in this account.This account yields dividends annually.
DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
Money meant for transactions and precautionary measures can be kept in this account i.e. money for daily needs and unforeseen. withdrawal is at call or short notice but this account yields no dividend.
MINOR ACCOUNT
(Below 18 years)
This account guarantees a decent future for your children, gives them a good education and also teaches them to own an account as they grow up. Family allowances yield dividend as children grow up and provide surety services to other borrowers.
GROUP ACCOUNT
This account serves to safeguard groups against the risk involved with treasurers keeping group funds. Groups can save money both in the deposit and savings account.
MONEY TRANSFER
This is the sending and receiving of money through ShiCCUL inter branch transfer services, MTN/ORANGE MOBILE MONEY AND WESTERN UNION services at affordable rates.

savings are collected daily or regularly from homes or business premises by ShiCCUL contact agents who equally educate and remind members of their obligation to save regularly for rainy days
CONTRACT FINANCING
Such loans are granted for the execution of public and private contracts to members.These refer to public or private registered contracts, which members obtain and wish that the credit union should finance.
OVERDRAFT FACILITIES
These are loans that can be given to a member for a duration of one month maximum at an interest rate of 5%
NJANGI FINANCING
These are loans benefited by duly registered groups whereby all the members of the group benefit the thrift on the same date. The amount of the loan granted shall be determined by the number and quality of members in the group, their repayment capacity and viability of the group
SCHOOL FEE LOAN
This loan is given in addition to the main loan with duration of four months to assist parents pay school fees with an interest rate of 2%
WOMEN IN DEVELOPEMENT LOANS
This is a product geared towards enhancing the development of Women’s small businesses by providing them with Micro Loans with a maximum duration of 3months renewable twice. The maximum amount per person stands at 100,000FCFA.
SALARIED WORKER LOANS
Civil servants and private workers who receive salaries through ShiCCUL can benefit loans up to 7,000,000FCFA at a very low interest rate.
AGRICULTURAL LOANS
For agriculture and micro business activities for very short period requiring speedy processing
REAL ESTATE LOANS
for Land and/or house purchase, building construction and renovation etc;
GOLDEN / CONSORTIUM LOAN
To assist ShiCCUL to provide funds to their members in order to enable them realize some specific types of income generating project as per CamCCUL Policy.
ShiCCUL NJANGI SAVING SCHEME
ShiCCUL njangii is a saving scheme opened to all ShiCCUL members and non ShiCCUL members , for the realisation of their projects up to 500 and 2000frs and more per anum .This is realise through a weekly contribution of 10000frs per member
ShiCCUL TERM DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
ShiCCUL accepts block savings from the public for a minimum of duration of 6 months at very attractive interest rate. The minimum amout accepted for ShiCCUL ‘s term deposit is 5 000 000frs.The maximum acceptable rate depending on the amount can be 5% per anum
